Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of booked service. Arrival: Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment Late arrivals : clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule subject to availability. Please ensure that you select the correct service on booking. If you are uncertain about which service to choose, we recommend scheduling a new client consultation or contacting CEO for an online consultation. CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours before your appointment you will not be able to cancel appointments unless charged 50% of your booked service. This both protects my business and your future appointments !
